I had the misfortune of experiencing this restaurant over the weekend and truthfully, I would give 0 stars if it were an option.

We were visiting for a close friend's hen party. We had a reservation for a group of 6 which had been made over 2 months before. We called to confirm our booking with the restaurant on the morning and they agreed that the reservation was in and that we would see them tonight for dinner.

We arrived at the restaurant for our reservation and were informed that the kitchen had run out of food and that we wouldn't be served. What was the excuse? The restaurant had taken a group of 72 despite the maitre d' had told staff to stop making reservations 2 days previously.

When confronted with the fact that we had made a standing booking 2 months prior, they had no answer and were of the attitude that is was not their problem. There was no attempt to make any sort of amends, we had to push them to offer us a drink while we found somewhere else to eat.

The maitre d' was unbearably rude, unhelpful and unwilling to take any responsibility for the short comings of the establishment.

In short, this restaurant is an utter shambles, all style and no substance. They are clearly unprepared and unable to handle the business they take on and the customer service is non-existent. A complete abomination, do not waste your time.
